On December 27, 1999 opened its doors in the city of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, one of the most avant-garde in the night scene of our country: De Santos. Its unique and cosmopolitan concept born from the merger of three completely different sensitivities: Juan Carlos Amutio in the category of Chef, Luis Miguel Amutio as Director and Alejandro González, drummer of the Mexican rock group "Maná" internationally recognized. The three, as the creators of this successful concept managed to unite the world of gastronomy, the musical and business to give life to De Santos, the undisputed center of meeting young people from all ages of domestic and international clients who recognize the place as the best to be.

De Santos is more than a good restaurant. It is the opportunity of tasting a fine wine or enjoy a gourmet fusion food, with vintage music and chat with friends. It is a relaxing evening under the stars in its eclectic Vallarta Sky Bar, the perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds that seem to come and go with the wind: and also a night of partying, music and bursting in its modern Disco, where brings the best DJ's in the national and international electronic scene. This unique framed in a rustic atmosphere, adobe walls and brick archways contrast with white walls, clean, simple, large windows, flickering candles and soft lights create an unique area.
